A few Vietnam War veterans are suing the Trump administration over the construction of a 250-foot "triumphal arch" proposed near Arlington National Cemetery. The reason? It would block the historic view between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington.

Shocking news broke over the weekend. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) passed away from a heart attack at age 71, and now we reflect on his legacy . He had a remarkable ability to work with both Democrats and Republicans, and in his final days, he worked to push the SAVE Act . In fact, President Trump revealed that Graham called him just hours before his death—specifically to discuss the bill . Do you think we could get the SAVE Act passed in his honor?
Josh Hammer mourns the sudden and tragic passing of Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), one of the most gifted raw politicians and most visible senators of his generation. Josh pays tribute to Graham's accomplishments, including his defiant defense of Brett Kavanaugh at the judge's 2018 Supreme Court confirmation hearing.
Josh also breaks down the latest back-and-forth with Iran, as the Battle for the Strait of Hormuz heats up. President Trump says the U.S. naval blockade is back—but is it? Also, Ro Khanna stages a ridiculous stunt to better serve his likely 2028 presidential bid, and a new immigration bill attempts to mitigate the Supreme Court's birthright citizenship damage.
President Donald Trump announced a new U.S. policy for the Strait of Hormuz, declaring the vital shipping lane will remain open "with or without Iran."
In a post on social media, Trump said the United States would reinstate what he called the "Iranian Blockade," describing it as a measure that would prevent only Iranian ships and customers from entering or leaving the waterway while allowing all other nations to continue using the strait.
Trump also said the United States would assume the role of "The Guardian of the Hormuz Strait," pledging to provide security for commercial shipping through one of the world's most strategically important waterways.
As part of the proposal, Trump said the U.S. would seek reimbursement equal to 20% of all cargo shipped through the strait to help cover the costs of maintaining security. He said the process of implementing the plan would begin immediately.
The announcement comes as tensions between the United States and Iran continue to escalate following days of military strikes and competing claims over control of the Strait of Hormuz, a key route for global energy supplies.
A federal judge has dismissed the remaining charges in the government’s case against members of the Proud Boys who were convicted of seditious conspiracy in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.
The dismissal followed President Donald Trump’s use of his pardon powers to erase prosecutions tied to the Capitol riot.
The case centered on allegations that members of the far-right group plotted to disrupt the certification of the 2020 presidential election and keep Trump in office after his defeat.
With the pardons already eliminating the convictions, the judge’s ruling formally closed what remained of the landmark federal case.
