"The form of lashing out that we're seeing right now is this allegation that somehow Matt Gaetz was involved in a very sordid sex scandal involving an underage woman," D'Souza said of the mainstream media reports on Gaetz.
President-elect Donald Trump appointed Gaetz to be his attorney general shortly after winning the 2024 election against Kamala Harris. The appointment immediately caused backlash among Democrats.
