Rising Christian artist Peter Burton joins GodTube Music’s Brandon Woolum on the red carpet at the 2026 K-LOVE Fan Awards in Nashville, where he celebrates his first nomination for Breakout Single of the Year for his debut single, “Where Would I Be.”

Peter opens up about how the song tells his testimony of overcoming struggles with mental health and finding victory, hope and new life through Jesus. Inspired by 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Where Would I Be” became Peter’s declaration over his artistry and has connected with listeners across Christian radio.

He also shares the message behind his new single, “So Long,” calling it his “goodbye anxiety song” and encouraging listeners to let go of what is holding them back from walking into God’s best for their lives.

Plus, Peter responds to fellow Breakout Single nominee Carly Ann Taylor’s playful arm-wrestling challenge during K-LOVE Fan Awards weekend.
