Steve Hilton Discuss California Education Budget

The significant increase in California's education budget over the past decade has not translated into improved student outcomes. Despite spending more than $350 billion this year, enrollment has decreased, and academic performance remains poor, with less than half of students able to read properly and only a third proficient in math. The speaker emphasizes the need for reform, including banning out-of-pocket expenses for school supplies.
