Federal immigration officers arrested a Turkish national in Tonawanda on Nov. 5 after a violent struggle in which the suspect resisted commands, attempted to seize an officer’s taser, and shouted “Allahu Akbar” as he was pulled from his vehicle, according to ICE’s Buffalo field office.
