The three child survivors of a terrible bus crash in Tanzania were transported by Samaritan's Purse from Africa to the United States in May. After surgeries and months of rehabilitation, they are doing incredibly well and are returning home to Tanzania via the same Samaritan’s Purse aircraft.

Army Staff Sergeant Walter Brown sustained multiple injuries while serving in Iraq and has struggled with transitioning to civilian life. Through Operation Heal Our Patriots, Walter and his wife Elana were reminded of God's love for them and their commitment to each other.

Marine Corporal Cody Jones and his wife Alexis have dealt with a war injury and the death of a child during their young marriage. Operation Heal Our Patriots provided a time for the couple to regroup and reconnect in Alaska.

Dr. Glen Barden is a 78-year-old orthopedic surgeon serving at the Emergency Field Hospital in Iraq. Dr. Barden and our medical teams are working hard in Jesus' Name to save lives and bring comfort to families who have been displaced in the battle for Mosul.

Hazim's family lived on the streets for two years after ISIS forced them from their home in Northern Iraq. Samaritan's Purse is bringing physical relief and hope to families like Hazim's that have suffered tremendous loss in the battle for Mosul.
